The Portfolio holds companies that UBS Asset Management (Americas) Inc. believes can sustain an above-average return on invested capital at a higher level and over a longer period of time than is reflected in current market prices.

Internal research focuses on understanding the return on investment dynamics of the company being examined, and puts these in perspective to the other opportunities available in the universe.

Every stock is reviewed when its rating declines into the lower half of the ranking as a result of stock price appreciation, downward revisions in earnings estimates or an increase in valuation.
