Spinning Spur II
Spinning Spur II is an operating wind farm in the panhandle region of Texas, with a design generating capacity of 161 megawatts from 87 GE turbines. We acquired a 50% stake in October 2013 and closed on the acquisition after the facility reached Commercial Operation in July 2014. Spinning Spur II sells 100% of its output to one of the largest investment grade utility companies in the United States through a power purchase agreement that expires in 2025.
