Senior Assist
Senior Assist is the 4th largest operator of elderly care homes in Belgium. The business benefits from a strong regulatory framework which restricts the supply of care home bed spaces in the country via licencing and offers a full pass through of medical costs to the state. The investment is based on a ringfenced portfolio of senior assist assets and operations, with a full security package over both the real estate and the operating business, and is the first of its type in Belgium. The EUR 75 million investment was completed in December 2015.
